Compliance Is Not Optional. We Make It Simple

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act requires every employer in South Africa to register with the Compensation Fund. Non-compliance carries serious legal and financial consequences. Guardian ARC does not just help you manage workplace injuries, we assist you in meeting your full COIDA obligations from the outset.

Registration Assistance

We assist with registration with the Compensation Fund, (RMA or FEM) and the issuing of your certificate of good standing.

Incident Reporting

All workplace incidents are correctly reported to the Compensation Fund as required under COIDA, reducing your legal exposure.

Domestic Employer Obligations

South African law now requires domestic employers to register household workers. ARC on Duty guides you through this process.

Foreign Entities

Foreign companies operating in South Africa must register with the Compensation Fund. We assist with this requirement.
